Hi my name is Tamara Patterson with the Rustic Flair in Miami and I met you this weekend at the Joplin craft fair. I would love to have you join us for our 5th Annual fair. Here is what I have previously sent my vendors. I have about 10 booths left.

I'm excited to share that our 5th annual fall craft fair at Mr. Olive Lutheran Church and School will be Friday November 1st for an early bird evening from 4-7 and Saturday November 2nd from 9 to 4. Price is $30 per booth. Set up this year will be Thursday October 31st 5-9pm or Friday November 1st 1-3:30. I would also like to ask no leaving or breaking down booth before 3:45pm on that Saturday, unless you have asked before the show for a reason that can't be helped. Breaking down early causes customers to feel rushed and cut the sales of other vendors. We are also asking each vendor to give a suggested retail value gift from your booth of $25-$30 to go towards the baskets that are given away for the door prize fundraiser for the school. All money from the booth rental, concessions, and basket raffles goes to the school. The vendor gifts must be turned in before fair opens that Friday. Spaces for the fair will still be in the gym, classrooms, and hallways. Last year we had 39 vendors and this year we hope to add more.
